If you are in an internal network environment, cannot access the browser extension store, or if the latest version has not yet been published, you can install the TableCopy extension in the Chrome browser using an offline installation package. This method should also work for the Microsoft Edge browser.

Step 1: Download the offline installation package from the official product page

The file provided here is a compressed archive (.zip) of the latest version—for example, I am downloading tablecopy-1.1.2.1.zip.

Step 2: Enter chrome://extensions into your browser's URL bar

This page is the "Extensions management page". Note the "Developer mode" toggle in the top-right corner; Chrome requires this to be enabled in order to install extensions offline. It is enabled when the toggle is highlighted.

In the center of the page, you will see a list of any extensions you may have already installed.

Drag and drop the installation package you downloaded in the first step into this area.

Check the list to see if "Table Copy 1.1.2.1" has appeared.

If it has, the installation was successful.

Regarding whether to unzip the installation package: You do not need to unzip the file if you are using the drag-and-drop method. If drag-and-drop is not convenient, you can use the "Load unpacked button" located in the top-left corner. In that case, you will need to unzip the file first, then click the button and select the unzipped folder.
